Why are my generated posters low quality?

Poster quality depends on a stable internet connection since the AI generation happens on our servers. If your posters appear blurry or incomplete, check that you have a reliable connection and try again. You can also try selecting a different theme, as some themes produce better results depending on the source photo's lighting and composition.

Is my data stored on your servers?

Your privacy is important to us. Photos you upload for poster generation are processed on our servers during the creation step and are removed once the poster is generated.
